Pricing and Details
We rent out Big Sky Farm on a year round basis - with preference given to longer term rentals. Pricing is
effective for rentals starting after January 1, 2007.
The security deposit of 30% and is required to reserve the rental.
The full amount of the rental is required ten days prior to the start of the rental period.
Cancellations will have a full refund, less a $50 administrative fee, if they are received at least 30 days prior to the start of the
rental. Cancellations received within 15-30 days of the start of the rental start will forfeit half the deposit.
Cancellations received within 15 days of the start of the rental start will forfeit the entire deposit.
An $120 cash cleaning fee must be left at the house at the end of the rental.
