Pricing and Details
We rent out Pip's Place with a minimum of a week rental. Included are fresh linens, hot and cold water, lighting, heat, use of the washer and dryer and fireplace. Year 2008 pricing is as follows and subject to change. The house is open all year round with rates as follows:

The security deposit is 30% of the total rental amount and is required to reserve the rental.
The full amount of the rental is required two weeks prior to the start of the rental period.
Cancellations will have a full refund if they are received at least 30 days prior to the start of the
rental less a $50 administrative fee. Cancellations received within 30 days of the rental start will have half the deposit refunded.
A $100 cash cleaning fee must be left at the house at the end of the rental.
Check in/out times are tentatively late afternoon arrival of 4pm, and early morning departure promptly by 10am.
We try to be flexible with your arrival/departure if you can be flexible with our cleaning schedule.
