Pricing and Details

We rent out Pond Side Cottage on a year round basis, and prefer weekly rentals during the summer. Included are fresh linens, hot and cold water, lighting, heat, TV cable channels, and use of the washer and dryer. Pricing is effective for rentals starting after January 1, 2008.

Weekly rentals cover only one weekend and have a 10am departure time. We try to be flexible with your arrival/departure if you can be flexible with our cleaning schedule.
Holiday rates cover Presidents Day, Veterans Day, Martin Luther King Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, and Columbus Day. There is a premium rate for Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years - please inquire.

The security deposit of 30% and is required to reserve the rental. The full amount of the rental is required two weeks prior to the start of the rental period. Cancellations will have a full refund if they are received at least 30 days prior to the start of the rental. Cancellations received within 15-30 days of the start of the rental start will forfeit half the deposit. Cancellations received within 15 days of the start of the rental start will forfeit the entire deposit. An $80 cash cleaning fee must be left at the house at the end of the rental. Delaware County sales tax of 8 percent is not included in the rate for rentals under one week.
