More To Look At
The master bedroom has a queen sized bed and a private bath. When the leaves are down, you can watch the sun rise over the mountains right from bed.
The main floor has a guest bedroom with a queen bed as well. There is a large TV with VCR and DVD player in this room (no TV reception though).
The kitchen is up to date, with dishwasher and granite countertops. The main floor bathroom has a jacuzzi tub as well as a shower.
Downstairs is a third guest bedroom with a full bed. There is a little den like room with TV and VCR so kids can watch a movie away from the adults, but there is no TV reception at this home.
The house is the owners pride, built by them and now able to be enjoyed by people who want to be out in nature and love it like they do.
Over the Rainbow has the basics - grill on the deck (propane), CD stereo, kitchen appliances, even a washer/dryer and dishwasher.
There is a shed/porch with a swing chair and a chimmenea on the deck for outside fires under the stars. Behind the house on the hillside are wonderful perennial gardens. This is a home where you can enjoy yourselves outside as much as inside.
The phone is restricted to local calls only. Please make sure you have a calling
card if you need to make long distance calls, as cell phone service is sketchy
in this area.
