Pricing and Details
We rent out Triple C Farm throughout the year. Included are fresh
linens, hot and cold water, lighting, heat, DirecTV, washer and dryer.
Year 2007 pricing is effective for rentals starting after January 1, 2007.
The security deposit of 30% and is required to reserve the rental.
The full amount of the rental is required two weeks prior to the start of the rental period.
Holiday rates cover Presidents Day, Veterans Day, Martin Luther King Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day,
and Columbus Day. Premium rates or a four night minimum will apply for Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years - please inquire.
There is a $20 per night fuel surcharge from November 1st through April 15th.
An $100 cash cleaning fee must be left at the house at the end of the rental.
Delaware County sales tax of 8 percent is not included in the rate for rentals less than one week.

Check in/out times for a typical weekend is Friday late afternoon arrival, to a Sunday late afternoon departure.
We try to be flexible with your arrival/departure if you can be flexible with our cleaning schedule.
Termination will have a full refund if they are received at least 30 days prior to the start of the
rental. Termination received within 15-30 days of the start of the rental start will forfeit half the deposit.
Termination received within 15 days of the start of the rental start will forfeit the entire deposit.
