Valley View Chalet sits on one of those picturesque country roads. As you drive past the alpaca farm and the chickens scurry off, your senses wake up and the stress melts away. Newly refinished by the owner who lives just across and up the road - you'll have privacy and wonderful views of the reservoir valley.

The open layout is spacious and the glass doors out to the deck bring the outside in all summer. Dine al fresco, relax in the sun. Inside the ceiling fan will keep everything comfortable. All windows have screens.

Almost everything is new in the house and it is outfitted with everything you'll need -- washer, dryer, dishwasher, wood stove, 32” screen with surround sound,VHS, DVD, CD and receiver, pots and pans--heavy steel with non-stick coatings, microwave, small food processor, blender, coffee grinder, electric can opener, drip coffee pot and a plunger coffee pot, all new silverware, dinnerware and glassware - even saki cups!
