Pricing and Details
We rent out Valley View Chalet on a year round basis. Included are fresh
linens, hot and cold water, lighting, heat, use of the washer and dryer. Year 2006 pricing is
effective for rentals starting after January 1st.
Check in/out times for a typical weekend is Friday late afternoon arrival, to a Sunday early evening departure.
Weekly rentals run from a Friday to Friday.
We try to be flexible with your arrival/departure if you can be flexible with our cleaning schedule.
Holiday rates have a three night minimum and cover Presidents Day, Martin Luther King Day, Easter, Memorial Day,
Labor Day and Columbus weekend. Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years - have a four night holiday rate minimum plus 10%.
Rentals under seven nights carry an 8% county sales tax charge.

The security deposit of 30% and is required to reserve the rental.
The full amount of the rental is required two weeks prior to the start of the rental period.
Termination will have a full refund if they are received at least 30 days prior to the start of the
rental. Termination received within 15-30 days of the start of the rental start will forfeit half the deposit.
Termination received within 15 days of the start of the rental start will forfeit the entire deposit.
An $100 cash cleaning fee must be left at the house at the end of the rental.
Delaware County sales tax of 8 percent is not included in the rate.
