First - please read our Notes About Renting a Private Home.
Year 2007 pricing is effective for rentals booked after January 1, 2007. Rates are listed below with the following requirements and/or surcharges:
- Holiday weekends have a three night minimum and cover Martin Luther King Day, Presidents Day, Veterans Day, Easter,
Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, and Columbus Weekend.
- August weekends have a three night minimum.
- Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years have a four night minimum and 10% surcharge.

Delaware County sales tax of 8 percent is not included in rental rates.
The security deposit of no less than $400 or usually 30% of the total rental amount and is required to reserve the house. The full amount
of the rental is required one week prior to the start of the rental period. Termination of the rental will have a full refund
if received at least 30 days prior to the start of the rental. Termination received within 30-15 days of the
rental start will have half the deposit refunded. Termination received within 15 days of the start of the rental will forfeit the deposit.
Check in/out times will be as flexible as we can make them. Rentals may have an early departure time required if the house needs same day cleaning -- but we try to
be flexible with your arrival/departure time as possible. We cannot do Saturday to Saturday week rentals.
The phone is restricted to local calls only. Please make sure you have a calling card if you need to make long
distance calls, as cellphone service is sketchy in this area.
