On the ground floor you enter into the kitchen, then the dining area, and to the back with the living space looking out over the stream. There is a woodstove that isn't used, a potting bench and the downstairs bath.

Upstairs are the spacious master bedroom, and two guest bedrooms with single beds. The sound of the stream will lull you to sleep and the sound of the birds will greet you in the morning.

Spend your days on the beautiful side lawn relaxing. Take a walk up the country road, and bring carrots for the horses. Walk into the center and choose from renting a bike or renting a kayak and take a spin around Lake Wawaka. You will never want to leave.
