Pricing and Details

We rent out The Grouse House on a year round basis. Included are fresh linens, hot and cold water, lighting, heat, use of the washer and dryer. Year 2004 pricing is effective for rentals starting after March 1, 2004.

A security deposit of 50% is required to reserve the rental. The full amount of the rental is required two weeks prior to the start of the rental period. Cancellations will have a full refund if they are received at least 20 days prior to the start of the rental. Cancellations received within 20 days of the rental start will have half the deposit refunded. An $60 cash cleaning fee must be left at the house at the end of the rental. Delaware County sales tax of 8 percent is not included in the rate.
