Pricing and Details

We rent out Mountain Modern on a year round basis. Included are fresh linens, hot and cold water, lighting, heat, use of the woodstove, hottub, and washer and dryer.

An $150 cash cleaning fee must be left at the house at the end of the rental. Delaware County sales tax of 8 percent is added to rentals under one week.

A security deposit of 50% is required to reserve the rental. The full amount of the rental is required two weeks prior to the start of the rental period. Cancellations will have a full refund of the deposit less a $50 administrative fee if they are received at least 30 days prior to the start of the rental. Cancellations received within 30-15 days of the rental start will have half the deposit refunded. Cancellations received within 14 days of the start of the rental will forfeit the security deposit.

Check in/out times for a typical weekend is Friday late afternoon arrival, to a Sunday early evening departure. Weekly rentals usually start and end of Fridays or Mondays. We try to be flexible with your arrival/departure if you can be flexible with our cleaning schedule.

Holiday rates cover Presidents Day, Veterans Day, Martin Luther King Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, and Columbus Day. Inquire for Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years.
