The Milk Barn has three bedrooms. The master bedroom is on the lower garden level. Complete with french doors leading out to the garden and a wonderful library. These photos were taken at night so it is wonderfully light and airy in the day time.
There is a full bath on this level. All the baths have rainfall showers and stunning modern design.
The two upstairs guest rooms have high vaulted ceilings with over head fans. They give a sort of alpine feel to the rooms.
There is a full bath, laundry room, lower sitting area outside under the upper deck and cedar sauna for 3 to 4 people.
Enjoy the gardens at the house and feel free to pick something fresh out of the vegetable and herb garden.
Situated in a river valley that feeds the nearby West Branch of the Delaware River you get a sense of the farming past of the area. You are close to Delhi and it's dining, antiquing and art. Weekend farmers market in Oneonta and mid-week market in Delhi. Great music at the West Kortright Centre or Honest Brook Music Festival.......
