More To Look At
The converted Barn is more contemporary. Enter into the kitchen and dining area, with full bath off to the side. Move on
to the livingroom with woodstove and wonderful windows looking over the creek. It also boasts a phenomenal stero system and six foot high planar speakers.
The kitchen is comfy but has only a small under counter refridgerator and two burner stove.
Upstairs there are two bedrooms, one w ith a double and the other with two twins as well as a spacious common area just outside both berooms.
This Barn works well in tandem with the Farmhouse for large groups, or for shorter smaller group rentals who won't mind the
limitations of the kitchen. Great food can be found just down the road at Amy's or further on into Phoenicia.
In the warm months enjoy relaxing on the upper or lower deck and let the sounds of the water lull you into relaxation.
This home is an easy two hour drive from Manhattan and central to all the great
ski resorts - Hunter is six miles away, Windham is half an hour, and Belleayre is twenty minutes.
