Villa in the Catskills is a unique estate offering a one of a kind experience for a seasonal rental that you will remember for a lifetime. It is bordered by the east and west branches of the Neversink River - a reknowned trout-fishing river. The house sits offers the ultimate in privacy on its 400 acres on Wildcat Mountain in the Catskill Mountain Park.

The property offers a dramatic view of the meadow below, forests beyond, and intersection of two mountain ridges on the horizon. The house is a 6000 square foot home, architect designed, with beautiful views from every room. The house features a beautiful Porte Cochere that provides a bridge from the house to the upper level yard while protecting guests from any weather while they arrive at the house.

Just over two hours from New York City, the house is a true getaway - besides our guests, regular visitors include eagles, deer, coyotes and black bears, amongst other wildlife. Local activities include river swimming, fishing, biking, hiking, canoeing, snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, and, of course, relaxing.

The five bedroom house is located on the side of a mountain in the town of Claryville, a quaint Catskills town with a general store/restaurant, post office, and about 45 year-round residents. Additionally, the Frost Valley YMCA, a full-program facility with many programs open to non-boarders alike, is located 6 miles up the valley and there for you to enjoy.
