Pricing and Details
We rent out Corner Farm with a minimum of a two night stay. Included are fresh linens,
hot and cold water, lighting, heat, use of the washer and dryer.
The security deposit is 30% of the total rental amount and is required to reserve the
rental. The full amount of the rental is required two weeks prior to the start of the
rental period. Cancellations will have a full refund if they are received at least 30 days
prior to the start of the rental. Cancellations received within 30 days of the rental start
will have half the deposit refunded. A $80 cash cleaning fee must be left at the house at
the end of the rental.
The house is open year-round with 2008 rates as follows:

Delaware County sales tax of 8 percent is not included in the rate.
Check in/out times for a typical weekend is Friday late afternoon arrival, to a Sunday late afternoon departure. We try to be flexible with your arrival/departure if you can be flexible with our cleaning schedule.
Holiday rates cover Martin Luther King Day, Presidents Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, and Labor Day. Please inquire for Columbus Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years as rates will be higher.
