Pricing and Details
We rent out Cabin Doh-Ray for weekend getaways, or longer with an occupancy of four to five persons.
Peak season is mid May through mid October, and mid February to mid March and have a three night minimum.
Holiday rates cover MLKing weekend, Presidents weekend, Easter, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, and Columbus Day and have a three night minimum.
Premium rentals are for Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years have a four night minimum.
Pricing is effective for rentals booked after January 1, 2008.
The house is open year-round, with rates as follows:

Ulster County sales tax of 8 percent is added to the rate for rentals under one week. Also, a $100 cash cleaning fee must be left at the house at the end of the rental.
Check in/out times - We try to be flexible with your arrival/departure if you can be flexible with our cleaning schedule. Week rentals have a 10am departure. We cannot book week rentals from Saturday to Saturday.
The security deposit is $400 for weekend and weekly rentals and 30% for longer rentals and is required to reserve the rental.
The full amount of the rental is required two weeks prior to the start of the rental period.
Cancellations will have a full refund if they are received at least 30 days prior to the start of the rental less a $50 admin fee.
Cancellations received within 30 days of the rental start will have half the deposit refunded.
Included are fresh linens, hot and cold water, lighting and heat.
The phone is restricted to local calls only, so please make sure you have a calling card if you need
to make long distance calls.
